An escape room is an immersive experience in which you are “locked” in a room and only have a certain amount of time to find a way out. The room will be filled with various puzzles and riddles that you will need to solve, only using your wits and your surroundings. Solving a series of these puzzles and riddles will eventually lead to your escape.
2) Where are you located and how do I contact you?
Our address is 2120 College Avenue, and we are located directly beside Speers Funeral Home (creepy, right?). You can either call us at 306-540-4386 or email us at email@example.com.
3) What are your business hours?
We are now open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday, we are open from 4:00PM to 11:00PM. Saturday through Sunday, we are open from 10:30AM to 11:00PM.
4) What is different about Mystery Mansion Escape Rooms?
Like other escape room establishments, we “lock” you in a room and have you solve various puzzles and riddles. However, we are not exactly like other escape rooms. In addition to escaping from our rooms, players must also find two additional objects in order to fully complete the room. Each of our rooms are interconnected and follow the same story. In order to discover the full story of the Carthien house, players will need to complete each of our experiences.
5) Do I need to do the rooms in order?
Although our rooms do follow a storyline and are interconnected, you do not need to complete them in a particular order. We do suggest a specific order to complete them in to help you develop the story in the most cohesive way, but you do not need to take our suggestion.
6) How long do I get and how much does it cost?
Our current two escape rooms have a 60 minute limit. Please show up on time for your booking because there will be rule breakdowns and room introductions. Your time in the room starts 10 minutes after your booked time. If you are late, you will lose time from your 60 minutes. Our prices are $25.00 (Plus taxes and fees) for adults, and $20.00 (Plus taxes and fees) for children under the age of 18. Children under 7 years old are FREE!
7) Are there age restrictions?
We allow guests of any age into our rooms, but we do require any guests under the age of 14 to be accompanied by an adult. Our rooms have a creepier atmosphere and there are themes of death and murder, but no guests have left as a result of scare factor.
8) How do I book?
You can book by going to our booking page and selecting the room you would like to book. Select the number of people you are booking for and then you can search for available times. There is a minimum room deposit that must be paid online or in person to reserve your spot. You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your booking without losing your deposit. If you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours, we are more than happy to work with you to reschedule your booking, or offer you a gift voucher for the amount of the deposit. Bookings can only be made up to two hours in advance.
9) I have lots of friends, can I bring more than the number I book for?
As long as the number of people you bring does not exceed the player maximum for the room, you are more than welcome to bring addition group members. If the room limit is six and you show up with seven people, unfortunately one person will have to sit out. If you have any concerns, get in touch with us in advance.
10) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit in person, and we now accept TAP debit purchases. We also do love hugs, but unfortunately cannot accept these as payment.
11) Do you have gift vouchers?
That we do! Looking for the perfect present, check out our gift vouchers section and find the one that is perfect for that special someone. If you would like to purchase a custom amount that is not listed, please get in touch with us and we will make that happen.
12) Do you do group bookings (staff parties, team building, birthday parties, etc.)?
We sure do! Call us or send us an email and we will work with you to create the perfect experience for your group.
